Managing Property Valuation Issues

in Today's Insurance Market


Learning Objectives: The primary objectives of this presentation are threefold; to understand the current insurance market forces that are driving the requirements for supportable property valuations; to be aware of the key steps in procuring, developing, implementing and monitoring an effective insurance appraisal program; and to be able to negotiate an appropriate level of valuation service.  The presentation will also address the insurance broker and insurance carrier perspective.  In addition the panel with discuss how updated appraisals can impact catastrophic wind modeling.
